It fits well but is a little hard as a fabric and you have to create the balloon by tying the bottom of the dress, I had a similar skirt so I knew how to do it.
I am very satisfied. Exactly as described.
...I`m still unsure whether I`ll keep it. It fits wonderfully, looks great short and long, the fabric feels good, BUT unfortunately it is very see-through. Whether light or dark underwear, you can really see through the fabric. The dress is actually nice for summer, so I didn`t really want to wear anything extra underneath just so you can`t see through it : /
